Hello and welcome to Lynch Photography. My name is Larry Lynch and I'd like to share some of my experiences in the "natural world" with you. I'm a native of St. Petersburg, Florida and this state has provided me the opportunity to enjoy a broad diversity of landscape and wildlife. Fortunately, I've been able to broaden my horizons and visit other parks and wilderness areas in our country. I hope this site inspires you to get out and see just what makes America the beautiful.

Several years ago, I picked up a camera, took some classes, and resumed the other passion in my life: photography. I've won numerous contests and awards, been published in several books and magazines. I'm a regular contributor to Florida Wildlife magazine. I'm also a member of the Artists Gallery Royale in St. Petersburg. I truly love being able to photograph the beauty that nature provides.

As my photography career has grown, I've had a chance to become more involved with local chapters for preserving our natural landscape and the wildlife that desperately needs these areas to survive. I believe the wilderness areas should be considered one of our nation's greatest treasures. Hopefully, through continued awareness, these pristine areas will be preserved, thus providing animal habitat and natural species protection for generations to come.

I hope you enjoy my site and will tell your friends to visit. Just sit back, take some time and enjoy the images that I have been blessed to witness. I'm sure you'll have to admit that Mother Nature puts on a wonderful show.

Lens - Nikon 80-400mm VR

Settings - 1/40th second at ISO 200

Filter - A polarizing filter was used to enhance color and reduce glare from the late afternoon sun.
